Response time
ConvFiles is run by a small independent team. We usually reply within a few business days. A complex bug report may take longer, because we need to reproduce the problem first.
Before you write
- Do not attach personal or confidential files. Our tools work in your browser, so we never see your files. Describe the problem instead: file type, approximate size, and the steps you followed.
- If you send a screenshot, check first that it shows no private information.
- We cannot recover lost files or give professional advice, but we will try to help with any question about using the tools.
